EPHEMERAL  ART  TRAIL

In August 2024, artists and creatives from the Island and nearby put together MINCA's inaugural Ephemeral Art Trail on Claude's Block on the West Point Road.

Congratulations and thanks to Jenny Mulcahy, Marion Gaemers and Rose Gordon for conceiving and presenting the ephemera, a wonderful and diverse range of 32 unique woven and re-arranged found objects and natural materials. These works are now gently returning to the regenerating bush of Claude's Block. Many thanks to the contributors, Maureen Alsop, Helena Cassells, Chrissy Cowcher, Anne Cole, Marion Gaemers, Richard Gillespie, Kerry McIlroy, Charlie McColl, Jenny Mulcahy, Jill O'Keefe, Margerite Perroux, Jenny Terrey and Sue Zann.

Stayed turned for the 2025 Ephemeral Art Trail!

See below, the wonderful ephemeral pieces created in 2024.
