MINCA's 2011 ENVIRONMENTAL SHORT FILM COMPETITION

Carbon Cuts 2, 'Energy - to make a difference'
Following the outstanding success of MINCA's 2010 short environmental film competition, Carbon Cuts, MINCA was able to obtain assistance from Townsville Solar Cities to run a similar competition in 2011. 

Carbon Cuts 2, with the theme 'Energy - to make a difference', was announced in late May 2011, and the showing and awards took place on Friday 19 August 2011.

There was a prize pool of $2000 - which was split between two categories - under 18 years and 18 years and over. See the Carbon Cuts 2 Poster.
